 VS1000 In-Line Polymer Melt Viscosity Sensor

Dynisco Polymer Test는  플라스틱산업용의 온라인 레올로지 측정장비를 공급하는 세계적 선두주자이다.
열가소성수지 산업분야에서 사용하기 위해 특별히 개발된 ViscoSensor는 melt flow rate나 apparent viscosity를 제조공정상에서 직접 연속적으로 측정할 수 있는 시스템이다.
ViscoSensor 시스템은 두 부분으로 구성된다: 하나는 공정라인에 직접 연결되는 ViscoSensor 부분인데, 그것은 샘플을 취하여 측정조건을 설정한 후 수지(resin)의 melt flow를 측정한다. 그리고 다른 하나는 VCU (ViscoSensor Control Unit)인데, 그것은 ViscoSensor의 테스트변수(온도, 압력, 속도)를 제어하고 전산처리된 결과를 출력해주고, 필요시에는 외부에 있는 제어시스템과도 통신이 가능하다.
